You not considered all outstanding options that potentially exercised above 23c price strike (current price 25c) plus performance shares. In addition EPS will go down as PAYBR business revenue goes off the book and with increased shares outstanding EPS will be punished even more!
Only, reporting post sales will define / rerate the company and without looking at that figure it is all speculative.
Below figure will be off books once the business old and debt pay off.
