    COB have money in the bank, and they have listed clear goals for some milestones to be hit mid-year.

    I'm expecting to see some quality announcements in June. Permitting application handed in. Refinery builder announced, detailed engineering Designs etc.

    If they are really building the refinery this year, then they need to actually start ticking boxes now. They delayed Broken Hill, if the refinery is delayed, we are screwed, Expect SP 2-3 Cents range.
