No the DFS states who they've engaged. This entire play rests on funding. China manipulating the spot price is irrelevant when you take a realistic approach to just how much lithium will be needed mid 2030s.They've laid it out and said even with all these costs the project will earn billions in profit. Money is money. Money is to be made here. A banker needs to sign the paper.
