i think your last question is very valid. It doesn't make sense that the govt is delaying this PPSA, which is preventing funding and therefore delaying the entire program. If we run out of cash I dont know if they can cancel the lease/tenement with the reasoning being that we as a company have no reasonable prospects of developing this basin and then just acquire the whole thing at a very low price into the SWF.
