Anything is possible but at this stage just pure speculation. When LC resigned from the CHM board Hopper stated " workload " at a reason and 2 months later Azer-Cel came along. This time no reason and no words such as " will be sadly missed .... " have been used.
For CHM holders things can't get much worse as the EV is almost ZERO already despite the magnificent assets, the implications for IMU could go both ways, + or -.
Time will tell.
