Main thesis, unchanged, has been take over outcome. If SGR announce a well respected fixer as CEO, doesn't matter what their price tag is, because the SP should refelct the new infornation, and improved prospects for either a take over or turnaround.
The assets far exceed the market cap. Takeover offer cannot be far away, perhaps soon after the major uncertainties are resolved or Queens Wharf opens.
