It is abundantly evident that LTR is trading within a very narrow range at present and it has nothing to do with predictions/guesses/estimates based on TA.
IMO - LTR will not see significant forward price movements until nearer to or post commencement of production.
For what it is worth I am currently in the throes of collecting together a reasonable number of LTR shares in anticipation of "lift-off"
