The NBN has no buisness plan because it is simply a way of inslaving the public into further unproductive government debt. it's an extenshion of the stimulas fascio , if infact the Libs win gov then they are unable to get on with anything untill they repay the debts racked up by the socialists , that buys the socialists time to undermine the libs and get themselves back with there hands in the till , it's how it has worked at state and federal level for decades. They do it all over the world not just here .
