1) Venus will not participate in the CR as they have no cash to do so.
2) The sale of Mt Fisher- Mt Eureka for $10m+ is totally realistic. I recently posted a link to a recent acquisition by NST of a comparable asset, ounces wise. The market for these assets has recently turned due to the POG going up materially.
3) The CR will succeed because it is so attractively priced and there are plenty on the sidelines who are willing to take up a shortfall.
