how is ICSID going to f..k the DRC economy exactly? they make the award then it's up to AVZ to pursue payment through the DRC legal system. there are only certain assets that can be sold off also, so trying that option is limited also.if you have other info showing how the DRC will be rogered by ICSID can u please post a link thanks
