If you believe the Western world will buy Chinese refined cobalt then the likes of a COB is toast. They will always manipulate the market to price out non Chinese product. I doubt the West is going to play the same game over text decade/s as has been played in the last few, just my take on it, the crashing of cobalt prices in the largely DRC sources product is not really a concern for me anyway. Fully understand how it could worry others.
