The biggest question I'd love to have answered is who is funding Lerhmann? No way has his journey so far been pro bono, thats just fantasy. Now he's talking about an appeal, and he's engaged a top notch appeals silk. Another pro bono? I think not, as his chances are slim at best. Someone is financing Lerhmann, and whoever it is might be liable to pick up the tab for the defamation loss.
If I had to take a punt I'd go Stokes.
