I've always considered one of life's responsibilities is to raise one's hand if there's a problem which is proving difficult.
Especially if it's having a potential negative impact on loved one's. Whether it be depression, alcoholism, prescription drugs etc, so many males think it's weak to ask for help, when in fact it's weak to not ask for help. Yes there's always the typical macho male who thinks they have a right to control and stand over everybody around them. Horrid versions of males.
