Point is that they're being unnecessarily vague, no? Matter for the courts perhaps but you could drive a truck through the hole that "certain operational activities" covers.
if NERSA claim jurisdiction what exactly is the impact? Albie seems to be a few short of a deck but but he did say that Friedland bailed because of doubts around the regulatory framework re: helium not being a petroleum product.
