Under the Ukraine constitution elections are suspended when the country is under marshal law. Ukraine is under marshal law because of Putin's unjust and unprovoked war against Ukraine.

Ukraine is not a dictatorship, to say so is simply untrue.

That's a cop out.
People of Ukraine not allowed to vote and not allowed to leave.
That's a full Dictatorship
