I assume the conversion price and number of shares is determined/agreed between the NH and Zip e.g. 51c/share for x amount of shares? ...
I assume there is some artefact of sorts?
IF the NH is chasing $$$, the NH has a SP in mind/expect the SP to increase to offload the shares
My question: in real terms, does the process allow for the NH to not convert if the SP does not reach the expected price?
