AXT you have to ask punters. They leave free float wide open for brokers. They will take their sweet time to accumulate.
another no brainer like AXT is UUL. very quiet accumulation but hardly any EV attached to their MC.
TTC, you should have no doubt that Im still watching like a hawk.
