Logically it will be a scheme if arrangement - which is able to be blocked by 25% of shareholders (usually less as not 100% vote)

At this point we will see if it's hostile or not.

If it's not hostile - IE it has the board support - and that will include SI then I doubt retail will be able to amass that 25%

Very hard to stop a SOA without significant top 20 support.

Just blocked one in a previous stock - the increased offer was 14% higher than the first - that was accepted.

Bottom line is - if a SOA is implemented, the lower the SP the more it suits the SOA party.

The offer pre FDA approval will be a fraction of what they have to pay after approval.

If it's hostile, SI needs to come out and state this asap to get 'sides' aligned and see what the state of play is regarding yes / no vote numbers.
