Considering what stage it's at (still waiting to apply for BLA), and considering how much tangible progress has been made since the last application (none, at least none that we have any actual information about) I would be very wary about how much hype is built in to this share price.
Don't forget, once the share price is around $2.60, it's back at its max hype market cap, when the share price was $5 (immediately 1st BLA, Covid ARDS results pending). There has been an enormous amount of dilution since then. This is a guesstimate, as I can't be bothered to do the calculations myself.
Be cautious. What indication have we been given that the FDA no longer wants the trials they requested previously, other than MSB saying they're going to push on and resubmit regardless?
