Technically the cup and handle never failed...it has just taken a little longer to play out. I find handles usually form over 1 week but by the book they can take up to 3....RXL took 2 and a bit. Also we never fell below the 38.2% retracement line of the cup depth...which is pretty bullish. So now after the initial break out maybe we consolidate briefly around the topish of the cup before moving higher. I'd say that mid 7c target is looking good now.
