Think about it...Sage would kinda like a couple of chm tenements that adjoin his.....He has stumped up about $2 mill for 15% of coy already...When it gets to sub 1 cent he could take all the rest of coy (85%) for around a further $10 mill...taking total purchase price to about $12 mill....Pick up around $1 mill in cash from MMX and about $15 mill in cash from Grimaldi. pay out Funder a further $9 mill...thus picking up chm assets and tenements and around $7 mill in cash..in other words taking complete company for around $5 million...
