That little purple spot for market entry is the point where AA is actually awarded. You are showing a graphic that highlights the point that FDA would like to see the confirmatory trials underway before granting the AA. But they have a history of awarding AAs before the confirmatory trials have started.
But please, go on about your great personal knowledge how FDA would absolutely never do something with MSB that they have done countless times in the past for other products.
