If the money goes through and Locke pay out i am sure they will be very happy on the terms they will sign off on....

IMHO AVz will have to assure-up a very big slice of pie for Locke to release funds, time is of most importance for AVz to recieve/have the funds allocated..

Their is the potential that these funds will be consumed over a realitively short period(12 months)and if there is still no resolution to court cases then Locke could own a very large slice of the pie and AVz still needing more and having to give up more...

AVz are backed into a corner, there will be no CHEAP funding, serviving right now is all that matters but at what cost?
