Really beside the point I think.
You could say that Locke have likely done the most intensive DD and research into AVZ and its present situation, above anyone else.
With priveleged access to information and inner workings the likes no investor can dream of.
If Locke do approve the funds for AVZ Litigation and OPEX, what does this tell us?
It tells us that the most researched people believe AVZ are going to come up MILLHOUSE! $$$
