I should add, Delisted said about Gondwana Resources Ltd " we understand this company failed and ASX removed the company from listing because its securities have not been quoted for more than three years" and "Shareholders in this company should consider crystallising a capital loss in 2023/24 by selling their shares."
( this is the policy "delisted" has they buy "worthless shares" for a small fee payable from the shareholder to allow the shareholder to crystalise a loss for a given financial year? )

Well yes it may have failed in terms of it's shareholders who may have lost their investment in GDA Gondwana Resources LTD due to delisting from ASX after a 3 year period of suspension, but obviously the company has not failed because it is still registered and doing a deal now with LNR?

If this if course is the same company but given the similar ASN (Now ACN) numbers it looks as though it may be the same company.
ABN 72 008 915 311 and ACN 008 915 311.

I find this interesting, of course a company that is removed from ASX i guess can still do deals with other companies ?
I wonder what date Gondwana Resources LTD acquired the Lady Grey tenement ?
What happened to those shareholders of ASX listed Gondwana Resources Ltd GDA after it was delisted from ASX ?
What was the reason for the prolonged suspension of GDA on the ASX, prior to delisting ?
