    You assume the case/s will be won and all is hunky dorey...

    You think this finance is going to be cheap and reasonable?

    Owning a large portion of AVZ for the securement of funds doesnt matter to Locke as to who wins or loses, if AVZ win they will earn plenty and if they lose then the selling of the asset will make them many x's of what they invested...

    They will not lose which ever way the dice fall, but holders will be smashed which ever way..
