peace, I'm thinking along the same lines - it's not nice that RXL has to hand over 50% to 70% of its resource.

However, on the other hand, 30% to 50% of a potentially multi-billion dollar resource is still huge, compared to RXL's tiny MC of $9m yesterday.

While the JV is not a done deal yet (subject to Teck's due diligence), the placement at 5c would send a very strong bullish signal.

The long timeline of the JV is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it provides RXL funding for quite a while yet, and gives it the comfort of knowing that should further encouraging signs developed, there is no doubt that Teck would continue with the JV....

Of course, Teck could draw it out and not do anything...
