Hi Fugs ….i thought I answered that with Mr Ed……seriously I am guessing someone has maybe heard the decision Mr Ed is about to announce and is using the insider info OR maybe there is an announcement coming out about Cortical or Clean H2…remember DB mentioned an external capital raising for a fully blown version of Clean H2….would be a big hint that the H2/C process is a real goer.
