I'm glad they won a huge contract, don't get me wrong.
In an Aug announcement, they reported over $90m in contract wins without a trading halt.
IMO at least $300m would warrant a trading halt for a contract win. Engineering companies report on wins all the time but this is the first time I've seen one that required a trading halt.
