In today trade company lost 70 million of market cap with departure of 2 executives. Atleast one of that could had been retained with better remuneration. So as a holder you can either keep the talent and let the management work out a plan or as Antonio said in his speech at last AGM, if remuneration will not be right, then there will be no employee and if there is no employee that will mean there will be no company.
So coming to your point there may not be a revenue around the corner but when did management provide us with a forward looking statement?
To me new technologies are never a path to straight away success but we should invest keeping mind it may test your patience to the maximum.

.........come on the pay packets these people are on, it's just plain ridiculous, sure, we can say that, but at this point in time even they know that the money isn't there, hence the departure of some, I, for one would walk if I saw that things were not progressing towards revenue at the speed that it needs to & he would be well aware of the situation ..lol
