I guess just on the PSA thing, and comparing to Clarity’s treatment, it might be worth reviewing more from Telix’s interim readout from the ProstAct Select study, found here: https://telixpharma.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/20231019-SELECT-readout-vFINAL.pdf I find this slide is interesting: One of their patients had a 98% drop in PSA, 334 days after their first dose. So that’s pretty decent. Whereas other patients that they highlighted had a smaller drop, but they also had a lower disease burden too. So I wonder if, with these types of treatments, the higher the disease load the bigger the PSA drop? Anyways, would love Clarity to provide the results of every patient they have treated for comparison, noting of course that ultimately we’re more interested in overall survival than PSA levels.
