All this talk about certain team members not converting their options. I think you're barking up the wrong tree.
What you should be asking is, with the best inside information that anyone could ever wish for, why aren't these people fully loaded up to the best of their current financial capability, in the best ever, BIC/FIC/BS, ICEBERG drug, not yet fully known to man?
If you had deep inside information into this 'wonderdrug' on a daily basis, wouldn't you be scrambling to buy up?
