Remember how crazy the Japanese were about property in the 1980's before their big problems changed things.
Now you can buy houses for 5 grand or less over there. Yes just 5 grand.
If you do not believe things cannot change and with that property prices fall drastically then you are being foolish.
Gotta be wary of your assumptions.
