Just some facts for reference.
1.The directors have not issued themselves with Billions of shares. DP was granted 100M of options that he had to pay $1.1M for. Admittedly the payment has been funded by BRK @ 3% interest p.a.
2.The $30M in the bank is committed to the current drilling program.
3. BRK have already indicated their plan to commence a second buy back post the successful drilling program.
