It appears I am not the only one thinking that GG may go all the way to 19.99% .... here is ETs comments on the matter ....


My thinking that GG is likely to continue buying is based on the fact that he could've stopped at 13.2% which was his last substantial shareholder notice, because if he and SI voted together they would have 20% between them at that level. There is no real extra benefit in going to 14.76% in terms of the voting control, unless you are planning to make a takeover bid yourself.


He is right in his assumptions that there is no real need / benefit in advancing from 13.2% to 14.76% as he had a 'blocking stake' once he crept past 10% .... I guess if you get 20% of the company cheap, then you can make a decent offer for the remaining 80% as the average cost per share will be somewhat less than the offer share price itself ...... interesting times
