If you had any nous you could see what he was alluding to is he is not allowed to testify in the court of public opinion by not being allowed to speak out in public to rebut the utterances of all the others that ARE ALLOWED to speak out.
Same as when he says no one has ever had a gag order...you lot take that as him saying that no one ever which is of course not t the fact...but what he means and everyone knows he means ...an ex-President has NEVER been so gagged and to us all that's the truth.
