ausjpn, have you ever negotiated a complex agreement in business? In my experience a lenghty contract always begins with a solid MOU, then takes months to work on the finer details of the actual binding agreement. Therefore in my view this is a very important step in the process.

When is everyone going to stop thinking business (including that PLV is in) is so easy? Things take time, end of story.
