Well, we now know that there are those who have a better access to information than most of us.
Im not saying insider trading, as we all know that this does not occur on the ASX.
Just that some people can read the tea leaves earlier than most.
We now also know that when approval is close, then there will be one almighty surge in volume and price, driven, of course, by the very same perceptive tea-leaf readers.
I had an appointment to see my fortune-teller/soothsayer. She promised me she could tell the future and time of PEP-11 approval.
She cancelled via text, saying
"Sorry, our appointment tomorrow is cancelled, due to unforseen cincunstances".
