i think it’s really any concrete news will send this rocketing - I agree a share buyback or special div would, and so would news on what will happen after Koolan closes, or extension of mine life, or just restarting normal dividends, or a drop in interest rates making some funds start investing again. It could be any of those things, and one of them is bound to happen sooner or later.
