$70000 down the toilet. Cann't even claim any tax loss, because I am retired. I must admit that I have myself to blame partially, I was always hoping that the sp will pick up and postponed selling. Well, no point of selling now, might just wait for the end. Very, very painful indeed. I have no hopes now.
