vman.i have a diferent interperatation of the capital gain calc.using the figers you propose jack hills worth 1billion minus 250 million expenditure on the project,leaves a profit of 750mill.the jude has awarded chm 24% of this 750mill,which is 180million. i expect chm to present this figure of around 180mill to the judge,and would be a fair and equitable result in my opinion..question is,will mmx be able to afford to pay this amount?
