SM has a fail against PPSA signing (weeks away for 3 years)
SM has a fail on understanding how to raise $
SM has a fail in negotiating
SM has a fail on responding to shareholder's individually
SM has a fail after technical discoveries for the company share price to be where it is
SM has a pass for completing 2 drills yet a fail that both required side-tracks
SM has a pass for fronting up to shareholders as a group
overall his background does not qualify him to run a company on all fronts
i'm still sticking that if he negotiated a farm-in partner 30 months ago things would be very different
