Would they issue a licence without the mine closure plan? Can't imgine it but maybe??
Remain concerned that whoever is advising EGR keeps missing key steps and is being sent back to the drawing board, sans punishment given the rate at which 50 meg is evaporating.
This is oversighted by the board and is why I am concerned that if they can't get an application correct, noting that "the Govt. of Tz has been so supportive", how the hell is it going to preside successfuly over a mine development?
