without chms initial 25% to purchase jack hills,mmx would have NOTHING now.there for chm is entitled to 25% of the CURRENT value of the asset(which the forensic accountants have to determine),less expentiture.it will still be a win for mmx if they have to pay chm 180million,because without stealing that inital 25% of the jackhills payment it wouldnt have anything,so it has still profited from its illegal and underhanded ways.
