To pass these resolution they need a percentage of holdings ( usually 75% ) and a percentage of holders ( usually 50 % ) to pass the sale. Even if holders on this forum dont hold many shares we can potentially block the sale via the percentage of holders. To be clear William - I am not interested in Graphite and I will vote against the sale unless there is a commitment to return the sale proceeds to holders. GLTAHs
