Yes I really do think a CR is coming as it showed on the quarterly they are nearly out of $$$$.
Options are not in the money so will not get converted while that is the case,
A raise at a discount will not help with this.
However after a raise and some good news if it's before the end of November who knows.
The Delays with CRO's may not be the Boards Fault,
Though incorrectly saying Phase II Trial Results were expected Mid-Last Year is their Fault.
As is not correcting their error,
Giving a reason why they were around a Year and counting late on results?
What made them think they would be ready by Mid-Last Year?
Was that realistic?
Was it EVER Indicated to them by any of the CRO's that results would be done by then?
If not what was the basis for saying results would be received by Mid 2023?
Previous results took nearly a year so why did they think it would be far less this time?
Why were shareholders not kept informed of changes/ updates in timelines?
Missing deadlines creates negative sentiment,
people may be able to wait for something "in coming weeks",
But not for Months or Years....
