I dont want to assume the mantle of a downramper but I believe Tony has also been a supporter and shareholder of CDU ? who coincidentally also have a non binding MOU with sinosteel ?

I also question the announcement of " non binding MOU,s " it doesn't seem to have done the CDU s/p a lot of good ?

Either you have a deal or you don't ? a non binding MOU is nothing more than an written handshake ?
