I can't say i am happy with the progress made by CER for the last year. I am disappointed that there has not been more progress on a few fronts. There has been no real break from CNP. There has been no hint of a dividend. There has been no real increase in property values.
This is the reason why the SP has languished. I can see no real increase until these things show their face.

Having said that I do believe we have made progress from the dark, dark days. Profits to date in the hundreds of percentage points so it is no big deal that there is currently a step back.

The real question I ask myself is "is CER value at todays SP". The fundamentals that I have posted previously have not changed Those fundamentals, regardless of how you look at them, say that CER is underpriced. If I decide they do not say "value" then I will sell. I'm still happy to hold.

Is this the turning point?. I'm not sure but each day is one day closer.
