they have due debt around next quarter (forget specificly when) and disc ops payment due around next Q if i remember correctly.

they do have secured debt funding to pay these expenses, but i believe it is due sep ( small gap to repay as they need this money to pay the previous due debt.)

they also operating with negative working capital (not entirely sure why their supplier willing to do this).

i could be wrong (i dont have full recollection of this company, i could be thinking of different company)
