sorry to be critical here ...but there is another possiblity that the sellers believe SDL is overvalued at this stage.... althought on HC, members believe SDL is undervalued, you just can't assume that everyone in the market think the same...

my view is that without further annoucnments to derisk, 30c maybe the balanced value , but as we all know the news will come, at lastest by March next year ...but i really whish that we can have the partner announcment by Xmas as they had promised before.
